Lincoln Health and Wellness Center offers primary care services, not limited to the following list.

Preventive Care
Annual physicals, including well woman and man exams
Blood pressure checks
Cancer screenings (as indicated by age/family history)

Can complete lab draws for routine labs with orders from outside providers
Medication
Prescribe medication for conditions treated at the health center
Dispense some medications at time of visit at no cost, if available in the health and wellness center
Sav-Rx retail pharmacy program at no cost
Coordination with Outside Providers

Just like any other health information, your information for services at Lincoln Health and Wellness Center will be kept private and confidential by Proactive MD. By law, your information cannot be shared with anyone without your written consent. Your personal health information is protected in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act (HIPAA) and any other applicable privacy laws.
