Let Lincoln Health and Wellness Center help you take care of yourself this summer!

Summer is the perfect opportunity to check things off your list - make sure taking care of yourself is one of them.

As an added benefit, by prioritizing your health you will also be entered for a chance to win a Sheetz gift card!

LIU12 employees and spouses on the Lincoln Intermediate Unit 12 health insurance plan who use the Lincoln Health and Wellness Center this summer for a provider or patient advocate visit* either in person or virtually between June 1 and August 31, 2026, will be entered into a drawing to win one of twenty (20) $100 Sheetz gift cards. The drawing for gift cards will be completed by September 15 and winners will be notified directly by the Lincoln Health and Wellness Center care team. Participation is voluntary.

Lincoln Health and Wellness Center is open regular hours all summer and is available for all of your primary care needs at no cost to you. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Preventive Care

  • • Annual physicals, including well-woman or well-man exams

    • Cancer screenings (cervical, prostate, skin and referrals as needed)

• Acute Care

  • • Treatment for common acute needs, including summer colds, minor injuries/sprains/strains, rashes, allergies, and more

• Chronic Care Management

  • • Assistance with managing new or existing chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, anxiety/depression, tobacco cessation, and more

• Establishing Care

  • • Even if you don’t have a specific preventive or acute need this summer, you can make an appointment simply to establish care, making using the Lincoln Health and Wellness Center even easier when you have a need in the future

• Counseling

  • • Your Patient Advocate, a licensed social worker, is available to listen and help you with things like anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief, healthy coping skills, loneliness, relationship issues, self-image, stress, and more; click here to learn more about patient advocacy and counseling

*For the gift card drawing, visits will only count if they are with a provider (nurse practitioner or physician assistant) or patient advocate. Those with only a medical assistant, such as lab draws, do not quality.
